Powerful aromas of Shingo pear, white nectarine, and tangerine rind set the stage for flavors of golden peach, Buddha’s hand, and honeysuckle. Exceptional structure and balanced acidity linger into the finish along with notes of Meyer lemon, toasted hazelnut, and mango. Bright and refreshing, this makes the perfect pairing for pan-seared Hawaiian ono with honey soy glaze and fresh pineapple salsa or fresh-caught Dungeness crab cakes with a lemon scallion sauce.

The Sonoma Valley is an American Viticultural Area (AVA) 20 miles long extending from Santa Rosa down to the San Pablo Bay. The Sonoma Mountains reduce the Pacific’s cool influence on the valley, allowing a little warmer climate than the coast. Sonoma Valley’s annual rainfall is also lower than many surrounding areas. Cool air penetrates from the south through the Carneros region and from the north through a gap in the Santa Rosa Plain. Though the valley itself is compact, it has a large range of growing conditions and soil types that constantly vary from North to South and valley floor to mountainsides. Located at the tasting room in the heart of Sonoma Valley, this estate vineyard produces superb quality Chardonnay year after year.
