The War for Independence had driven many United Empire Loyalists into King Township in Ontario, Canada. These settlers remained Loyal to the British crown even after the success of the American Revolution. The small communities of Loyalists became an integral part of King Township’s history. This tribute to the Loyalists is selectively crafted by winemaker Chris Barrett from the best barrels from the top lots planted on estate vineyards on the Western slope of Dry Creek Valley.
