Picturesque views from atop this Moon Mountain District vineyard compliment the quality of grapes grown on the property. Growers Kimberly and Steve Hughes believe it’s the best place to grow Zinfandel, Bar None. Originally planted in the mid 1900’s, the developed ‘old vines’ push all their energy into the grapes, creating a deep and concentrated Zinfandel. The sustainably farmed vineyard features only three and a half acres of Old Vine Zinfandel that stretch deep into the soil, reaching nutrients and minerals that only reside far below the surface.
